I’m so excited to be sharing this with you. Learning to eat for my design has healed me in so many ways and given me a whole new reverence for food. We’re so conditioned by what we ‘should’ eat, when we really need to get out of our heads and into our bodies when we’re choosing what to support our Self with.
Once you eat for your design you never have to read another study, magazine or guru’s advice again. It feels like freedom in your body – and as a side effect, you have so much more mental energy freed up to do other things.
