9. Reframing food cravings

This week’s question: I’m an MG and I heard we’re supposed to eat what we feel like eating/asking our gut what we want to eat.  My problem is NEVER crave healthy food, I like a lot of pasta, pizza, desserts, processed food, never vegetables at all.  What do I do ??
